- 1 pkg. brown rice pasta (your favorite)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 16 artichoke hearts
- 8 strips bacon (Applegate Farms GF/CF, cooked ahead of time, chopped)
- 4 scallions (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (good)
- 1/2 cup potato puree (cooked sweet)
- 2 1/2 cups hemp milk (unsweetened plain, or rice milk- but it's thinner, less creamy)
- 4 nutritional yeast (rounded tablespoons good tasting, I use KAL brand)
- 1 sesame tahini (rounded tablespoon of, may omit if allergic)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (or more, to taste)
- 2 Simply Organic® garlic powder (to taste)
- 2 minced onion (Simply Organic, to taste)
- 1 tsp. gluten (free Dijon or honey mustard, or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar (or lemon juice- to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 pinch canela
- 1/2 tsp. paprika (for orange or turmeric, for yellow color- may omit)
- 1/4 cup white wine (to taste, Frey Organic is vegan/egg-free)
