- 8 sage leaves (Large, : Finely chopped.)

- 3 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce (: Vegetarian if you wish.)
- 500 mL water
- quark (Sprinkle, or Curd Cheese.)
