- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 pinch sea salt (and black pepper)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh herbs (or 2 teaspoons dried, basil, oregano, chives, and thyme are all nice)
- 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (no need for the really expensive stuff)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram (or oregano)
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream (I save money by making my own)
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 large garlic clove (minced)
- 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)
- 1 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed (or 1 teaspoon fresh)
