I doubled the recipe and the time, and i used smoked cheddar to give it some more flavor. It was delicious and sturdy enough to hold together under the burgers that i made. This will definitely be a go to recipe from now on!

pretty good for keto bread and very easy. must brown it in a pan after the microwave otherwise its pretty lackluster.

tasted better than expected. definitely was better after frying it. i just put cheese steak meat and onions and cheese on top and it was yummy!!

So much better than the other 90 seconds breads I have had before. The others had a chemical after taste but not this one. Def need to grill it, gives it a little something extra!

It was fantastic! We used this bread as the base of a roast. So satisfying and my husband says it's a keeper.
