Easy for beginners and super delicious. I made this for a potluck and was left with no leftover! Someone even asked me for the recipe. I added sundried tomatoes in oil and that really elevated this dish.

This was great. i used vegie sausage and low sodium vegitable broth and hot peppers because the sausage had no heat.

Yummy! Used baby kale. Could have added more. Used homemade beef stock instead of chicken.

I used mild instead of hot Italian sausage and then added red pepper flakes to it at the end for spice. I’ve also used low sodium chic broth and stock. Hubby likes the chic broth flavor, more intense! I also used Yukon gold potatoes instead of gnocchi. Fresh kale from the farm organic too. I made a double batch using the 1 lb sausage, Large onion, bunch kale and 7 3/4 cups broth, which is using almost all to boxes low sodium broth 32oz each! Used all ingredients in recipe too. It’s so fantastic and flavorful...recommended salt and pepper amounts as well! Shredded fresh Parmesan to top off bowl if you like. Fills a large crockpot and a great easy gourmet potluck dish! Bon Appetite!
