Excellent! I did omit the whole wheat flour(didn’t have it. And I added 1/4c white sugar cause I wanted a sweeter bread. It is fantastic - I was trying to replicate the raisin bread/roll Starbucks use to sell years ago and this is close. Oh also subbed 1 cup of bread flour for 1 cup of the AP to give it more ‘lift’
