This is my go to black Bean recipe. I just have to remember to soak the beans the night before. My very picky kids will even eat it.

Super easy to put together, low calorie and quick weeknight meal since it's in the crock pot. If you have picky eaters that don't like peppers, add some canned corn at the end to get that sweetness back
