Very good recipe! I did cut down on the red pepper flakes, oregano and basil and I did not add green pepper. BUT, we did add a tablespoon of cooked barley to each bowl and boy was it filling and satisfying! I’m getting ready to make this again!

So easy to make and so versatile. I added squash. I also added salt free chipotle seasoning. Turned out yummy. I’m looking forward to making it again.

this soup was delicious, even though. it did take time to chop vegetables and n stuff , minus . missing a few ingredients it came out pretty good, definitely. making this again!!!

I tripled the recipe because of the amount of people I was feeding but it still turned out good. I wound up adding a few bay leaves, a packet of goya sazon, and a touch of garlic powder. Yum!!!

It tastes great with the seasoning (I added a little too much red flakes but that was my fault haha). I will probably opt out of the bell pepper next time. I found myself avoiding it when I was eating my soup.

Delicious!! I added cauliflower and it turned out wonderful. I love making this soup.
