- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1.5 dL Nutella (1/2 cup)
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 medium carrots
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup dates ((soak them first if they are very dry))
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (or other light flavored oil)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
