Sweet, tangy, and moist. Next time I'll decrease the oil, 1/4 c would probably be sufficient. Easy and fast prep and clean up. I served with rice and mixed vegetables. Would also be good with a mixed greens salad and crusty french bread. Will make again and maybe add some crushed red pepper flakes to add some kick
