- 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda

- 2 1/3 cups bittersweet chocolate (chopped, not just any chocolate… use the good stuff)

- 2 1/3 cups bittersweet chocolate (chopped, 14 ounces I use Ghirardelli 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate baking bars but any GOOD quality bittersweet chocolate bar will do.)
