    Loved it and so easy to make. Who would ever think tofu could taste so good!! I did bake it a little longer than recommended to make sure it was done. Once it was refrigerated it set up nicely.

    Just made this pie using coconut shavings from a freshly bough coconut and honestly it's so good! Everything tastes so natural and I used all organic ingredients. Even made a chocolate drizzle for it 😋
