    My goodness, I added only half a lemon and it was SO SOUR and overpowering! Ended up adding more garlic, pine nuts, and salt and pepper but the lemon was incredibly strong. Maybe a squirt of lemon juice next time

    Addictive! certainly make it again. I used good quality concentrated lemon juice and think I overdid that but it's still amazing

    Loved it! Used on gluten free pizza crust. Added zucchini, mushrooms, fresh garlic, and pieces of bacon. No dairy, no gluten, full of flavor!!

    This is a quick easy pesto .. very yummy I would use half a lemon next time I found one lemon too overpowering also I might add a bit more garlic. Excellent and tasty will make again.
