Delicious!!! I did half natural peanut butter and half almond butter, when I made it the 2nd time. This dessert has saved me on my keto diet, and has given me just what I needed whenever I had a sweet tooth.

I don’t understand the one star reviews. This recipe is delicious. It’s a peanut butter mousse; nothing more, nothing less. I did increase the peanut butter by about 2-3 times to make the flavor more prominent but this stuff is the perfect low carb dessert that you only need 1-2 spoonfuls of a night to quiet your sweet tooth. It does get more dense as it sits in the fridge over a couple days so making a smaller batch might be ideal if you prefer the lightness of the whip right after you make it.
