My husband and I LOVE this recipe. Seriously so good as is. We’ve used romaine and iceberg lettuce and both are good. A new favorite we’ve made several times since. Fresh, light, filling, simple, easy.

Excellent! Love the avocado with the chicken. Filling and easy to make. Will be part of my lunch menu from now on.
