Wow delicious! Following a previous commenter, I added a squeeze of lemon and half a veg broth cube. It came out wonderful and has become a staple in our weekly dinners now!

This turned out amazing! So good! I made one alteration. (I added about a Tablespoon of lemon juice)

Added some vegetable broth and more salt, pepper and garlic. It’s a good base for a sauce.
