I really don’t understand the high reviews. These little guys, although fun to make and healthy, lacked flavor. I will not be making them again. Edible, but not delicious!

Tasted great added to red sauce and served with spaghetti squash. Froze the rest.

Good!
I used Italian seasoning and onion powder. Next time I will use fresh onion and garlic as well as Italian seasoning. I will also spaghetti sauce to the cooked meatballs before serving them.

I used a food processor for the pepper and onion. I blended too much. It was not chopped, as recipe directs, but puréed. My error! They still tasted good but were softer than a meatball should be. And probably had more onion flavor which I was fine with.

My family liked these quite a bit. I served them with dishes of marinara, BBQ sauce, and dijon mustard for dipping. I liked them best with the mustard.

So good! I used beef, left out the bell pepper, added a tsp of cumin and paprika, added copped Italian parsley. This recipe is amazing.

It was great. Slightly modified in a pinch due to no onion on hand. Had to use minced onion.

I wasn’t in love with these after tasting them hot from the oven. For some reason after being chilled they were great. Not sure why such a difference but I enjoyed these chilled and would make them again. My family loved them and they’re a very easy snack to pack on the go.

Very easy and great flavor. Will definitely use this again. Was my first time making meatballs and it turned out very good not the prettiest but that is okay with me

It turned out great . I'm going to make it on busy nights. Pretty fast recipe to make which I like.

Very good! I used only 1/4 cup of onions (personal preference) and 3/4 tsp of salt (I thought necessary) and served with tomato sauce and noodles. My low carb hubby had it over rices cauliflower. We all really liked it and this will be in our regular rotation!
