I used regular flour and added more egg than the recipe as the first few didn’t seem to stick together. It turned out fine, love the taste of the caramelised sweet potato

Added some chilli and garlic for seasoning - tasted great - A little disappointing on the crispy factor, but will definitely try again.

Tge crunch was good but not enough flavor. I will make it again and add more seasoning.

Delish!😋 I added a little bit of cumin and followed the recipe as is. I made a dipping sauce of ketchup mixed with salam olek (hot chili sauce) and another dipping sauce of a bit of mayo mixed with garam masala, curry powder, turmeric powder. It was a hit at my home 💥😜

These are very good! I added cumin but otherwise made it as written -- Instead of frying I baked them on parchment paper at 350- 15 mins flip them over 10-15 more minutes - delish!

Really good fritters. Not super quick but worth the effort of washing up the food processor. Taste is great and they are super healthy, especially as they cook for a short amount of time preserving the nutrients of the sweet potatoes.
