    Great! I added two drops of vanilla and coconut extract, I then spread a little peanut butter on top instead of frosting. Yum.

    great recipe. i added 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract and a 1/4 tsp of almond extract for more flavor. yummy and chewy.

    The picture is what made me interested in the first place. Lol I feel catfished. Any tips on how to get the picturesque crinkled look like in the photo? To make the cookies sink in or like a ripple texture?!

    The inside and top was soft and fuffy while the crust and bottom was golden brow & crisp.

    I only had one baking sheet so they came out as one big glob but after cutting them they tasted great. P.S. I added a touch of maple syrup instead of vanilla because I heard it tasted better that way.

    It a good recipe, although, they’re bland. Vanilla extract wouldn’t be bad to add in the mix.

    Easy recipe. The first batch i made was more of a practice run.. 🤦‍♀️ But the second batch turned out to be pretty good! I added cinnamon to the sugar on top to give them a little more flavor, I'll probably experiment a little more with this recipe in the near future!

    Wow! Although the dough was difficult to work with - very crumbly - the cookies very light, buttery, and perfect amount of sugar! I would definitely make these again.

    tasted AMAZING i added in a tsp of baking powder, vanilla extract, and a tbs of cream cheese i also flattened them and they cooked perfectly.

    I work at Yummly and have been meaning to try this recipe forever. We loved it - soft, classic cookies. my 5-year-old liked clicking through the video instructions. I divided the rolling sugar into two bowls and colored each with three drops of food coloring in different colors.

    Tried it this morning. First time. Dough cameout too crumbly. I added three tablespoons of whole milk, and that did the trick. Went back to my mom's Good Housekeeping recipe for the second and third batches for neighborhood haunt fest. Probably will give it another try when I have more time to play with the recipe and figure out where I went wrong. Read others had success on second attempts.

    I tried this recipe twice now. But the first time it had an unpleasant taste of egg. But this time I followed the recipe carefully and it turned out to be delicious this time!

    The dough ended up being a bit crumbly. I added some greek yogurt and an extra egg. They came out pretty good. Boyfriend approved.

    it was a good recipe but add baking powder instead of baking soda or it will make it bitter.
