Outstanding flavor! I added garlic and onion powder, And used her home made fajita seasoning recipe. The veggies were a little soft so I would add them 30 mins before serving instead of at the beginning.

This recipe is definitely a keeper. I made the seasoning and it is a perfect homemade fajita seasoning. I will not be buying any store-bought fajita seasoning anymore! Thank you for the recipe.

this recipe was easy to make and was excellent! next time I make it I will probably add more meat. I served it over rice and it was a huge success.

It was very good I did substitute the beef for flank stake cut in strips and I added some cilantro in the pot while cooking which gave it a more citrus flavor

This was so easy to throw together in the mix of getting my oldest kiddo out the door for school. He also ate his veggies as he loves the peppers

Great! I made her fajita spice mix instead of using store bought. Totally worth it. You have to head to her site for the full recipe. Also, I followed her slow on Low for 6 hours and the meat is really tender. Will make again!
