Quite good! Very tender pork chops. I couldn't ask for anything more with the ease and convenience of this recipe. I served the gravy over mashed potatoes and it was quite tasty. I didn't have a droid onion, so I just diced up half of a fresh onion and use that instead. We will definitely make this again.
