This is a nice dish, but I added some extra spices and cheese to add a but more flavor.

Mac & cheese is a misnomer, but it’s a tasty mostly healthy dish. I like it.

This reminds me more of a cheesy veggie side dish than Mac and cheese. My son wouldn't eat it at all, and I had to make him another veggie for dinner.
