    Easy & tasty herby flavour. Used a tablespoon of pesto for each salmon. Then, baked the salmon on top of cubes of potatoes & slices of tomatoes.

    I definitely failed to make enough. Even the non-fish eaters were ravenous. I will likely use a fresh cut of salmon next time, but it was definitely amazing.

    I found the pesto a little overpowering.
    This is an amazing recipe! Better and healthier option than take out foods from Uber Eats! Well done. Good for weight loss if Ketogenic is the one for me.

    I found the pesto flavour to be much too overpowering, and the pesto brand I used was particularly salty. Definitely need lemon next time to mellow the flavour.

    Easy recipe. I’ve had more success baking the filets at 350oF for 30 min however. I definitely seasoned the salmon more than recommended before adding the pesto. Don’t skimp on the pesto.
