Easy & tasty herby flavour. Used a tablespoon of pesto for each salmon. Then, baked the salmon on top of cubes of potatoes & slices of tomatoes.

I definitely failed to make enough. Even the non-fish eaters were ravenous. I will likely use a fresh cut of salmon next time, but it was definitely amazing.

Simple and delicious. My partner, who had sworn off salmon, now says he’s rethinking his relationship to the fish after this meal during which he nommed two fillets.

yum! everything was great! my salmon was a little thicker so i cooked it 5 minutes longer than the directions.

I found the pesto flavour to be much too overpowering, and the pesto brand I used was particularly salty. Definitely need lemon next time to mellow the flavour.

Easy recipe. I’ve had more success baking the filets at 350oF for 30 min however. I definitely seasoned the salmon more than recommended before adding the pesto.
Don’t skimp on the pesto.
