- fresh herbs (such as basil, oregano, and parsley)
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh tomatoes (I used 8 plum tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (imported from Italy)
- 1/4 cup diced onion (finely)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (such as a combination of basil, oregano, and parsley)

Great. Just like my mom makes when she wants a quick sauce. I used it for Chicken Parm in Spaghetti Squash Bowls. Yummy!
