Was very good. cutting the salmon into pieces help me cook the individuals more evenly compared to a whole large piece of meat.

This was fantastic! I even mirrored the veggie sides, with the exception of the asparagus. This is a must repeat

Well this turned out great! I baked it since it was poring outside. Definitely a keeper!

I baked as well. Marinated for two hours. Simple and easy and tasty. Served with the black bean corn salad from authors suggestion plus garlic bread

Easy to make and we always love quick dishes. I served with baked eggplant fries.

It was a hit with my family have cooked it countless time. Reducing the oil or leaving it out completely does not affect the outcome.

It was delicious i made it with grill roasted veggies and roasted honey glazed corn. My husband enjoyed it ☺
