    i loved that this was such a quick & easy recipe!! i used squash instead of asparagus. & cutting the chicken into thinner slices i think does make a huge difference! but such an awesome quick dinner!

    I made it in a nonstick skillet and it was still delicious. (Update: I had two zucchini and a red bell pepper to use, so I tried it again with that, and it was delicious as well! I cut the zucchini longwise in quarters. Second picture is the pepper and zucchini version.)

    Dish was really yummy and light. Fleshed it out with some extra veggies so that it was more nutritious. Would definitely make again.

    Chicken was really nice, felt the lemons were pointless but the juice they left on the chicken did make it so yummy! So in saying that I’d rather squeeze fresh lemon over the top! I also added rice to make it a little bit more filling

    Chicken was super moist (my own technique, sear 1 minute on each side and then turn heat to low for 10 minutes, then turn heat off 10 minutes before removing lid). The honey butter is a must! We ate ours with quinoa. Super fresh, quick, and yummy weeknight dinner!

    A nice, hearty meal! Made this with some hasselback potatoes and it was delicious! Instead of the honey and lemon sauce though i added a few chillis and some creme fraiche and it was awesome!

    This was amazing! I did not have lemon pepper, so I substituted some lemon zest with pepper and a little salt, and the flavor was through the roof delicious. My five year old girls don't like asparagus...yet, so I made a side of broccoli for them, and I served it with saffron rice. They cleaned their plates with no prompting! My husband and I loved it with the asparagus. We will definitely be adding this to our "go to" meals!

    It turned out really well. The chicken took a bit longer to cook than the directions say , but other than that it was a hit! We added mushrooms with the asparagus. Thanks!
