I gave this four stars because of lack of seasoning . I added 1 tbs sugar along with cumin, chili powder, curry powder, basil, oregano, Lawry's, onion powder and a cup of diced onions. I simmered it for about an hour and it turned out magnificent. I have to say this turned out to be the best chili I have ever tasted . It wasn't soupy or greasy. It had body and was full of flavor. Magnificent.
