This was amazing, for what it is. We have a grill, so grilled the steak and corn. The steak turned out well, cooking about 5 mins per side. But it was thr corn amd avocado salad that shined. The sweetness of the very ripe avocado contrasted and complemented the grilled corn. Used pickled jalepeno, bc thats what i had. Also added a splash of lime juice. My family ate every morsel. Even the teenaged boy had seconds on the salad. Will be a regular in our rotation!

this was pretty good. i actually added green onions and cooked the corn, onions and jalapeno with the steak. then added that to the avacado.
