I couldn’t find flank steak so I replaced it with Angus beef Shabu Shabu, I sprayed some sea salt and pepper and brushed the meat with lemon, left the jalapeño out, the outcome was just perfect!

This was amazing, for what it is. We have a grill, so grilled the steak and corn. The steak turned out well, cooking about 5 mins per side. But it was thr corn amd avocado salad that shined. The sweetness of the very ripe avocado contrasted and complemented the grilled corn. Used pickled jalepeno, bc thats what i had. Also added a splash of lime juice. My family ate every morsel. Even the teenaged boy had seconds on the salad. Will be a regular in our rotation!

this was pretty good. i actually added green onions and cooked the corn, onions and jalapeno with the steak. then added that to the avacado.
