I loved it. Turned out juicy and amazing inside a crisp fried tortilla with fixins. You can even freeze the remaining for later times.

Used frozen chicken breasts. Served with tortillas, lettuce, shredded cheese and sour cream. Very filling. Was a hit with our family of five. We even had leftovers. Will definitely be making this on regular basis.

Easy, quick, and tasty....I had all ingredients on hand and it made plenty for leftovers for lunch to take to work.
