I used coconut cream without the cornstarch and it was very creamy and delicious

I've tried lots of dishes...this one is missing taste real bland. Doesn't specify how much onion/garlic. I added salt n garlic powder n cumin.

Fantastic and flexible! Add veg that’s available in the fridge and presto, great dish!
