    It’s a great recipe but I find it easier to blend the ingredients before cooking That way no hot stuff in the blender.

    I loved this. I used dried beans on hand and, while I couldn’t find a salsa, I substituted with jarred roasted pepper and lime juice. Will definitely add this to my normal rotation.

    Delicious and simple. In addition, I addded 1 more tsp cumin, 1 tsp smokey paprika, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tsp onion powder, about 1/2c more veggie broth, olive oil to taste, 1 tsp liquid smoke, Tony’s cajun seasoning to taste, nutritional yeast, one jar of sprouts organic pasta marinara no salt added.

    As mentioned in the recipe, the key is using a good salsa. We used one from a specialty store, and the soup turned out incredible!

    This came out so good. The only change that I made was that I used the rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies instead of the salsa. And I added corn. I would definitely make this again

    This was soooooo good and very simple to make. I didn’t let it come to a boil because I was hungry so I warmed it up a little bit , put it in the blender and then I added it to the stove. I didn’t have salsa so I used Ragu’s Garden combination . So good ! I definitely recommend this recipe.
