    This came out so good. The only change that I made was that I used the rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies instead of the salsa. And I added corn. I would definitely make this again

    This was soooooo good and very simple to make. I didn’t let it come to a boil because I was hungry so I warmed it up a little bit , put it in the blender and then I added it to the stove. I didn’t have salsa so I used Ragu’s Garden combination . So good ! I definitely recommend this recipe.

    This deserves 5 stars for the convenience alone. I doubled the cumin, added 1 tsp smoked paprika and 1 tsp chili powder.

    This was so easy to make ahead for a weeknight dinner! When I was ready to serve, I topped it with cheese, fresh cilantro, green onions, and avocado. Delicious.

    Great, quick recipe. All items were simple things I already had in the cabinet (no grocery store run needed). Took all of 10 mins to make & really tasty & filling!

    Very tasty! I sautéed an onion, green onion, green bell pepper, and 2 cloves of garlic first. Then I added the chili powder and cumin and let that cook for a little bit before adding the other ingredients. I used a garlic cilantro salsa. It only made about 3 servings so I would double the recipe if you’re feeding more than 2 people.

    Yummy! Definitely would make it again! I added 1 teaspoon of garlic clove and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt.

    I used a local black bean and corn salsa (heat level 3) and this was fantastic! I added avocado to it and dipped some Trader Joe’s Aloha bread in it... perfection!

    The recipe was great, quick, and easy! I added avocado tomato and cilantro and put some rice at the bottom of my bowl and it was amazing! I highly recommend this recipe!

    Extremely easy and it tastes wonderful! Like a vegan taco soup. I plan on adding some lime juice and a handful of fresh cilantro next time
