Overall flavor of the meat was great, however the tortillas never got crispy (not sure if they were ever supposed to, this was my first time making enchiladas) & I’m the type of person that doesn’t like the “doughy” texture.

A hit with the family. I added more cheese then the recipe instructed. we like a lot of melted cheese.
