    They were really good. It says to only drain the cauliflower, but I think it really needed to have more of the water pressed out of it. As, the recipe says, be liberal with the oil on the pan, I did a quick spray of Pam, but it wasn't quite enough, so they stuck to the sheet when it was time to flip.

    It's good! I used frozen cauliflower, so it would help to squeeze out all the water first.
