We liked it a lot. Bacon and garlic! I would say in the future I would add some parmesan when stirring spaghetti in and a little more olive oil. then add more parm! We needed more red peppers, but it was easy to pull together and really good instead of the same ole spaghetti sauce and meat.

Family loved it! Super simple and a light quick meal during the week! Looking forward to making this also as a side dish!

Amazing! I added extra chili flakes as well as some cayenne pepper and crushed garlic. I also made red pepper shrimp scampi for the top to add a little meatiness, and it was wonderful. I’m doing this with smoked Italian sausage tonight.
