Smooth, creamy, delicious comfort food. The garlic is not overwhelming. I’m making it for the second time this month already.

Being in a bit of a rush, I missed adding the cream to this soup. But, despite that, the soup was lovely. A bit much perhaps for some, but I LOVE garlic. Definitely good to have for a side soup, with some nice fresh bred and maybe some pasta. Yum!
