It is sooo easy to make and tastes really good. I added some curry powder and garlic salt to the avocado and let the broccoli boil for 10 minutes. Definitely will do this again.

Bland and woody tasting, makes the pasta seem mushy because of the avocado.

I only used half a broccoli and and half an avocado though.
Will try using a full brocolli next time. We'll see about the avocado.

This was very good! But it's definitely a dish that is best when first served. My leftovers didn't taste that great the next day. Lol
