So quick and easy to make. I used Kodak pancake mix instead of flour. Skipped the maple syrup because I used a cacao protein powder
Who has left overs from one cup of flour?

Making with gluten-free flour so need to add more liquid. But all in all a good start.

Very dry but definitely fluffy. I'm eager to try them again with blueberries. I used 1 cup water. I also used 1.5 times the protein powder (unsweetened vanilla whey) & that much less flour.

Great recipe! Added a teaspoon of vanilla for a little more flavor. Came out super fluffy!! (Just did 1 cup of water)
