These salmon patties are indeed fairly easy, and it is nice to have ingredients that you can keep on hand. I made a nice aioli to dip them in, which added some pungent flavor. However, these patties are rather dull. The hash browns don't crisp up much, even though I started with defrosted hash browns and allowed them to cook quite a while. I am not sure I would bother with these again as a quick dinner. I prefer Kimchee pancakes, which are truly easy to whip up with on-hand staples, and they are really tasty.
