Not quite real pizza crust, but super quick and easy to make in my food processor. Not bad for a gluten and dairy free option. I used pizza sauce and goat milk cheese.

Loved this. It was fast and nice to have some kind of pizza crust for a change. I made 50% for the real pizza sauce and cheese eaters and 50% with pesto and dairy free cheese. I used coarse sea salt in the dough and that was delicious.

I liked it! I would make it again. I've heard some say it is too sweet but i thought it was a great taste.

The coconut oil comes through really strong, combined with almond giving the crust a really sweet taste. It doesn’t compliment pizza ingredients well. And it is SUPER high in calories.

This recipe makes about enough for 1 with a little left over. It was good alternative to flour
