I used high quality ingredients for this and i think it was a good idea, but it tasted more like a lasagna filling even when blended and cooked down rather than alfredo. everyone in my family didn't care for it. I thought it tasted good- didn't taste like alfredo though- so i mixed in some marinara sauce and i liked that better. Also when i made it i added some more cheese ( rosemary asiago) and a little lemon zest.
