Great recipe for basic baguettes! I had to proof mine initially for 90 minutes. it didn't rise much, maybe that's on me. The finished product was sort of dense, and didnt get a good shiny crust. I'll try again, practice makes perfect and whatnot. Overall tasty and everyone was impressed.
