Such a body warming recipe! Used deer/pork pan sausage and the only peppers I had were poblanos. Family loved it

This was really good. I added some chipotle pepper with Adobe sauce during the sauce steps. I served with garnish and grilled tortillas.

Awesome tweak to cup less of liquid and add Mexican crumble cheese and served with cornbread

I made a double recipe very easy very flavorful and good. Definitely making this recipe again I used pulled chicken and corn instead of pork and hominy. I would like to use hominy but the wife doesn't like it also i put a handful of cilantro in while cooking and squeezed a half of lime in as well then i topped with cilantro lime fresh onion and tortillas chips to yummy.

We loved this soup! I used chicken and corn instead of hominy and pork. I've made it twice and can't wait to make it again.

This was spicy and delicious. It was very easy to make, and I utilized carnitas I had in the freezer. It reminded my husband of chicken tortilla soup!

Reminds us of the posole we had on the beach in Mexico. Simmered it 2 1/2 hours and used chicken. Planning on trying seafood next time.

Turned out amazing let it simmer for at least 2 hours after you make it comes out way better at hot sauce and lime to your fixed bowl
