- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 onion (large, peeled and chopped)
- 2 chicken breasts (large, cut into chunks)
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato puree (usually gluten free, but best to check if required)
- 1 red bell pepper (de-seeded and chopped)
- 4 cups dried pasta (such as spiralli, use a gluten free variety if required)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (usually gluten free, but best to check if required)
- 28 oz. canned tomatoes (tinned)
- 1 1/4 cups chicken stock (made from hot water from the kettle + 2 stock cubes, or 2 heaped tsp veg bouillon for gluten free)
- 0.5 mL milk
- 20 sugar snap peas (/snow peas roughly chopped)
- 1 cup mature cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. chives (chopped)

Nice and easy pasta recipe but a little bland. I followed the instructions (except I used frozen peas instead of snap peas) and it truned out nice. But I think next time i’ll add a few slices of chorizo to give it a little more taste and/or diced carrots. I didn’t bake the dish at the end but only drizzled the cheese over the dish, covered it and slowly simmered until the cheese melted. Then I sprinkled fresh parsley before serving.

Not bad necessarily but just weirdly bland and it develops kind of a brown color

Tasty and easy... just takes prep time to cut everything up. I used frozen peas and broccoli instead of snap peas (out of season).

It turn out really great. It gave us a different taste that we are used to but we enjoyed the recipe. Quick and delicious.

It was fairly easy to make. the chicken was really juicy but the dish was a little bland. next time I will add seasonings

This came out great! It looked amazing and the taste was delicious, I added italian sausages also to give the dish more flavor. I am definitely addding this to my recipe rotations! Thanks!

This has become my go-to pasta dish! it makes A LOT so I usually cut the recipe in half. I used chicken thighs, as they tend to stay moist and I also add Italian sausage to the mix, either crumbled and browned, or grilled and sliced thin.

Was easy to make and family enjoyed, but everyone agreed the dish could use way more seasoning. It’s a little bland on its own, so more garlic and herbs are a must.

Delicious! Didn't have Snap peas, so added finely diced zucchini with the peppers.

Easy and tasteful. I added some extra spices for a bit for of a zing. Also added some broccoli 🥦

Worked well using quorn pieces as a substitution. Would advise slightly more seasoning than recommended

Very good, very easy. Next time I'll make with more chicken & garlic & maybe half the tomatoes. The tomato flavor prevailed all the other flavors.
