This was amazing! I made this for my own birthday dinner, and was not disappointed! The only adjustment I made was added 2 cups of dry white wine and left out the fennel. I also added scallops and fresh crab meat it was perfect for a dinner party, as I made the broth ahead of time and added the seafood right before we were ready to eat. Rave reviews from everyone, even my grandkids! I will be making this again!
