I’ve made this recipe for years, originally getting the recipe off the Bisquick box. I don’t include the ground pork as my wife prefers the meatloaves with beef only.
I also double the catsup/brown sugar mix for the topping; however, I don’t double the catsup/brown sugar in the meatloaves.
It’s quick and easy, and on top of that we love how it tastes.
