Added extra seasonings and duralumin pasta, and it def needs more liquid, but was delicious!

Great soup! I used half the amount of breadcrumbs, and dark meat chicken instead of turkey, and added a nice scoop of oregano and other Italian herbs for the meatballs, and they were delicious!

Very good! I liked more then my husband as he's not a big health nut. I used tomatoes seasoned with Italian spices plus added a lil Italian bread crumbs in the mix. loved the meatballs. I'll def make again.

Perfect! Upped the garlic in the meatballs as ground turkey can be bland and did one can diced tomatoes and one can mild Rotel for a slight kick

The soup is great but the meatballs were a bit bland, next time I will add more garlic and spices to them

This was fantastic! I did not realize that you could cook meatballs directly in the soup, but it worked perfectly. The soup was delicious. I added orzo pasta, which I think is in most Italian wedding soup, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly.

I did not care for this soup. I followed directions exactly, maybe if I had added other ingredients it would have been better. I made it with the intent of taking some to a friend but not going to do that as it just wasn't good.

My whole family LOVED this soup! (And it's nearly impossible to get the five of them to agree on anything!) I substituted two cans of tomato sauce because I didn't have diced, and I omitted the cheese so it was completely non-dairy -- it was still delicious.

Excellent healthy soup! Thanks. I did use almond meal instead of bread crumbs and they are delish!
