- 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 cup chicken broth (or 1 cup water and 1 tsp chicken bouillon)
- 3 red potatoes (medium)
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 2 bell peppers (I used ½ red, orange, yellow and green)
