- 10 oz. mixed beans (can ,drained and rinsed)
- sour cream (I sprinkled a bit of paprika on mine)
- 1 bunch cilantro (small ,roughly torn)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 red onion (peeled and finely sliced)
- 5 cherry tomatoes (chopped)
