Excellent recipie - whole family loved it, even the kids. Have heat high enough while initially browning the chicken to ensure they crust and release from the pan. Be sure not to over cook the garlic (can make the dish really bitter). Also, slow simmer once you add the chicken back into the pan to avoid burning the tomato sauce.
